| → 1 month from your invoice date after which any unused credits will be forfeited. Extended credit validity is available at AED20/per month. |
| Q. Will my emails end up marked as junk or spam? |
| → There are serveral factors that determine where an email ends up in the recipient's mailbox many of which are either the end user's own personal preference or his mail server. All techincal requirements to avoid your emails marked as spam/junk are implemented from our end. We provide you with tips on how to avoid spam words in your email. |

| → We use a 3rd party web based software solution to send out emails. |
| Q. Which languages can I send emails in? |
| → All languages are supported. |
| Q. How many credits are deducted per email? |
| → 1 credit is deducted for each email sent. |
| Q. Can I send emails from mydomain.com? |
| → Yes. You will need access to your domain records so we can verify the domain belongs to you. We will provide you with very simple instructions on all records that need to be added and it should be setup within a few hours (up to 24). |

| → There are reports available in the portal showing many statistics including: opens, clicks, unsubscribes & forwards. Drop us a line if you need a sample report. |

| Q. How quickly can I get started? |
| → Instantly. However, if you are planning on using your own domain, it may take up to 24 hours to get your domain setup. |

| Q. How many emails can I send in a day? |
| → You can safely send upto 1000 emails per hour. Kindly note that the provided portal is for you to send emails to your clients and subscribers. When you purchase a package you will be assigned 1 dedicated IP address. Its reputation depends on how, who & what you broadcast using it. If your IP is blocked or blacklisted because of your use of purchased lists resulting in sending to spam traps etc. we will not be able to provide any support in that regard nor any refunds. An additional IP will need to be purchased at a cost of AED100/monthly. |
